Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Qualifications:
- Passionate about traveling and exploring different places within the country.
- Experience: 1 to 10 years in any type of sales.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve business results in the Defence Retail business through worksite sales processes.
- Effectively distribute insurance products within the target affinity.
- Conduct sales seminar presentations in Units/Battalions through influencer networks and Office Head support.
- Ensure an effective follow-up process in Units/Battalions post-sales seminar presentations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customers reached through sales seminar presentations.
- Ensure all business activities are conducted ethically and honestly, in compliance with IRDA norms.
