Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Unit Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about traveling and exploring different places within the country.
  • Experience: 1 to 10 years in any type of sales.
  • Comfortable with extensive traveling.
  • Preferably, experience in insurance sales for the defense channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business results in the Defence Retail business through worksite sales processes.
  • Effectively distribute insurance products within the target affinity.
  • Conduct sales seminar presentations in Units/Battalions through influencer networks and Office Head support.
  • Ensure an effective follow-up process in Units/Battalions post-sales seminar presentations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customers reached through sales seminar presentations.
  • Ensure all business activities are conducted ethically and honestly, in compliance with IRDA norms.
